Vince Vaughn, 38, is now engaged to Kyla Weber, a 29 year old Canandian real estate agent.
The Wedding Crashers star got down on one knee and proposed with a $125,000 four carat diamond ring on Valentine's Day.
A wedding date has not yet been discosed and likely will not be released, as Vaughn likes to keep his private life out of the public eye.
